What is Forex?
The Foreign Exchange market, also referred to as the "FOREX" or "Forex" or "Retail forex" or "FX" or "Spot FX" or just "Spot", is the largest financial market in the world, with a volume of over $2 trillion a day. If you compare that to the $25 billion a day volume that the New York Stock Exchange trades, you can easily see how enormous the Foreign Exchange really is. It actually equates to more than three times the total amount of the stocks and futures markets combined! Forex rocks!
What Tools Do I Need to Start Trading Forex?
A computer with an internet connection or virtual private server for remote trading is all that is needed to begin trading currencies. We provide full detailed instructions so no forex knowledge is needed.
What trading software do I need to run Fapturbo Evolution and where do I get it from?
Fapturbo Evolution is designed to work with Dukascopy broker and the JForex trading JAVA based platform. You can trade other robots using the MetaTrader 4 software however you would be required to purchase our FAPTradeConvertor.
What is Expert advisor (EA)?
Expert Advisor is an automated robotic script written in MQ4 language that can work in the Metatrader4 platform. In JForex JAVA based application of Dukascopy broker, it is called "Strategy" instead of "Expert Advisor".
Can the robots work when I am away or go out?
Yes, they can work 24 hours/day for you. You don't need to monitor the trades if you don't have enough free time. Our Robot Advisors will monitor the trades, open orders and close positions for you when needed. Just keep JForex platform open and running to let them work their magic!
What if my PC lost power or rebooted?
No problem here! Just restart your JForex platform and run your FAPTURBO EVOLUTION Robot. It will continue trading. If you have continuous power losses and poor internet connection or simply can't keep your PC online all the time, we suggest that you order VPS (Virtual Private Server) for hosting your trading. Should I remove or turn off the robot on weekend?
No need to do that. It will sleep when the market is closed and continue to work on Monday automatically. If you leave JForex opened and your strategy running you should pay close attention to your “Messages” tab to ensure that you are still connected when market reopens on Monday.
Does FOREX work 24/7 ?
No. Only on business days. No trading on weekend. The retail forex trading market will trade 24/5 and 24/4 if you use the defaults of our robot and not trade on Fridays.
What is Virtual Private Server (VPS)?
VPS is a special service that can host your trading on a remote server so you no longer need to keep your PC on 24/5 for trading! Get Your VPS Here!
Demo or Real account?
You should always try your robots on a Demo account first so you understand how your robot will trade and get a feel for risk and money management. Dukascopy broker trades identical on demo as it does live. Demo works for 14 days and then you can always setup a new one.
Can I run several robots at the same account at the same time?
Yes you can run several EAs provided you purchase and use the FapTradeConvertor You need to have a copy of FapturboEvolution to be entitled to purchase the FapTradeConvertor. The Converter allows you to trade using Dukascopy as your broker and still use the Metatrader trading platform to copy trades from other expert advisors.
Brokerage And Trading Setup
What account leverage can I use?
Leverage is predetermined to be 100:1. If you wish to increase your leverage, you need to make special arrangements with Dukascopy.
Do I need to Activate my FAPTURBO Evolution  Copy ?
No, activation is no longer a requirement. You need only enter your Click Bank receipt number which will be monitored to ensure you have a licensed and legal copy of FAPTURBO Evolution. Enter the Clickbank Receipt number it asks for in the ClickBank ID parameters of your robot.
Is there any difference between the results of a live account verses demo?
No, the results will be identical between a demo account and a live account. So you can rest assured the trading results will be duplicated when you decide to go live.
When I double click on the DDS Java Client icon from my desktop, why does nothing happen?
This would be an indication you have do not have the required JAVA 6.0 software installed on your computer Download JAVA
How come I do not see the FAPTURBO Evolution EA on my Charts?
Your Evolution strategy runs on a Java based platform known as JForex. For this reason, you will not need to attach your EA nor will you see the robot running on the various scalping pairs that FAPTURBO employs. You will however see the area of your entry point if you have the corresponding chart for your trade opened
Why do I not get any trades?
Check the “Messages” tab on your JForex platform much like you may have done with the “Experts Tab” of your Metatrader trading platform. There may be references to Tick errors which means you need to restart your JForex platform. You also need to ensure that you “run” your strategy from the “ Workspace” of your JForex Trading platform. You cannot just open and sign in to your platform and have it run immediately such as MT4. You have to go to your “ Workspace” and then right click on the specific strategy and choose “Run”
Getting Started With Fapturbo Evolution
Do I have to trade myself? Is it difficult to setup?
No! All you need to do is setup your live or demo account with Dukascopy. Read the manual which came with your EA download. Apply the settings as per the instructions and let the FAPTURBO Evolution  EA trade on your account to bring you profits! You will get step-by-step instructions how to setup and run them + we have prepared a great set of Video Tutorials for you!
Should I use a VPS or Virtual Private Server?
Using a VPS is up to the individual trader. Using a VPS is much like buying insurance, it’s peace of mind. A VPS is for all intent and purposes is another computer which is maintained for the sole purpose of providing a connection continually, unlike perhaps your home or business computer which is subject to power outages, viruses and spyware and update resets. Can I run the JForex JAVA program/platform on a VPS?
Yes, you can setup a VPS account and use the JForex JAVA based platform on a VPS. The only requirement is that you upload the files onto VPS and ensure your VPS has the latest JAVA program. Get Your VPS Here!
How much money do I need to start trading?
To start a Dukascopy account, your minimum required capital is $10,000
I have a MAC. Will FAPTURBO Evolution operate on my MAC?
Yes. You need to either use a VPS or Virtual Private Server or install a program called Bootcamp which allows for a dual boot  system so you can run Windows and subsequently your MT4 on your computer.

Fapturbo Evolution Settings and Configuration
I do not see my Evolution EA on JForex Platform?
First and foremost you must expand the “ Strategies” directory in order to see the FapturboEvolution strategy. Click on the + sign to left of “ Strategies” If you still do not see the EA you have not downloaded and installed the “Strategy” as outlined in the manual. Please refer to the Evolution PDF manual which was included with your download.
Can I adjust parameters of the Fapturbo Evolution advisor?
Yes, you can make adjustments to the settings of your FAPTURBO Evolution EA. In the left column of your JForex JAVA based trading platform you will see “ Strategies” below that you will see your FapturboEvolution strategy. Right click and choose “ Run”  Next, a dialogue box will appear in the form of a “ Security Warning” You must accept this. Now you see before you all of the currency pairs and the settings which are customizable.
When I open JForex, I do not get any trades?
Make sure you “ Run” the FapturboEvolution Strategy each and everytime you open and close JForex. Unlike the FAPTURBO EA for Metatrader 4, you cannot open your MT4 and have it immediately active. You must always right click on your strategy and select “Run”
How can I tell if my Evolution EA is monitoring trades and running correctly
You can tell if your Evolution EA is running correctly if you see a green arrow on the FapturboEvolution strategy located in your “Workspace” pane in left margin. If you do not see the green indicator your EA is inactive and not searching for trades. You should monitor the Messages Tab in your JForex platform much like you needed to monitor the “Experts” tab with Metatrader. Your Messages tab will indicate if you are running the EA correctly, and if it’s monitoring the market.
Do I need to attach the EA to my charts?
No, it is not needed in Jforex. If you see your Strategy located in your workspace with a green indicator, it’s monitoring all of the scalping currency pairs. You can add charts to your JForex trading platform if you wish; however it’s not necessary.
FAPTURBO Evolution Backtest and Optimization
Backtesting with Dukascopy and the JForex trading platform is really quite simple. Just click on the tab at the bottom entitled “Historical Tester”. Now choose the currency pair from the drop down menu you wish to test “ Instrument” Now, set the Period time interval .  Then, enter your Ranges date using the drop down menu/calendar. To the right, beneath “ Historical Testing”, you must pick the strategy you wish to test. There is only one strategy and that is FapTurboEvolution .. Now, you can click on “ Start” button. Once the data is downloaded, the backtest will begin.
